Aly Goni comes out in support of Shehnaaz Gill; says she has all the right to pay tribute to Sidharth Shu

Sidharth Shukla’s fans recently expressed their disappointment with Shehnaaz Gill paying tribute to the late actor with a song. They trended ‘Stop Using Sidharth Shukla’ on Twitter and called out the actress and other celebrities for encashing on the late actor’s name.
After witnessing the trend on social media and going through some Tweets, actor Aly Goni voiced his opinion on the same. He also spoke for Shehnaaz by saying that she has all the right to pay tribute to Sidharth.
Earlier, Aly shared a Tweet that had mentions of celebrities and other people who have been trying to gain likes and followers by using Sidharth’s name. The actor shared it and said, “Stop it guys seriously”.

This Tweet was misunderstood by fans, following which Aly gave a clarification with another Tweet.
In his recent Tweet, Aly stated that his previous Tweet asking everyone to stop using Sidharth’s name in their cover songs and other videos for promotion was misunderstood by Twitterati. He further took a stand for Shehnaaz, who is being accused of using Sidharth by his fans.
Aly’s Tweet read, “I think there is misunderstanding in my last tweet.. first of all Shehnaz ka poora Haq banta hai to tribute and I loved that song.. secondly that tweet was for those people who drag Sid in the name of cover songs reels and all. Jo uss tweet mein mention tha.. #peaceout”

For the unversed, Shehnaaz Gill who shared a close relationship with Sidharth Shukla released a song ‘Tu Yaheen Hai’ to pay tribute to him on October 29. The song garnered much love and attention from fans and has become the most trending video on YouTube.
